3.3 Post-Payment Process:
3.3.1 Upon successful payment, a designated manager will contact You via email to verify booking details, provide additional information, or address any inquiries, if necessary.
3.3.2 You are responsible for ensuring all required booking information is accurate and for checking Your email (including spam/junk folders) for confirmation and further correspondence.
3.3.3 If no confirmation email is received within 24 hours of payment, You must contact Us promptly to verify the booking status.
3.4 Payment Terms:
3.4.1 Full payment is required at the time of booking.
3.4.2 Prices for Services are listed in GBP and may be converted to other currencies depending on Your location. Exchange rates may vary. You are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges related to Your payment
4.1 Cancellation requests must be submitted no later than 24 hours before the tour start time. All valid cancellations will result in a full refund.
4.2 Refunds will be processed to the same card used for the transaction.
4.3 It is Your responsibility to ensure that the payment method used remains valid. The Company is not responsible if a refund cannot be processed due to an expired or invalid payment method.
4.4 If a Service is not provided due to the Company’s fault (e.g., cancellation without a suitable alternative, failure to deliver the tour as described, or operational errors), You will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
4.5 Late arrivals or no-shows are non-refundable. It is the User’s responsibility to arrive at the meeting point on time. Exceptions may be made at the company’s discretion.
5.1 You must provide accurate and complete information when booking a Service. The Company is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect details.
5.2 If You realize that incorrect information has been provided, You should contact customer support as soon as possible. The Company will make reasonable efforts to locate Your booking and update the information, but changes are not guaranteed.
5.3 Commercial resale of tickets is not permitted. Tickets purchased are for personal use only.
6.1 The Company provides and operates all Services listed on the Website. By booking a tour, You enter into an agreement directly with the Company for the provision of the selected Service.
6.2 The Company is responsible for delivering the Service as described at the time of booking, ensuring that all details, itineraries, and inclusions match the information provided on the Website.

9.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, with jurisdiction in London.
9.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of London, England.
